The machines we use are hand made in Florence. In the hands of our trained baristas’ they provide the perfect water pressure and milk steaming capabilities, each and every time.
#3 Taking time
It takes 25–30 seconds to brew a cup of espresso – it can’t be rushed. This results in a velvety smooth, rich and fragrant coffee with an intense flavour – and a perfect caramel–coloured crema.
#4 As you like it
Finally, it’s your way. We’re all different, so there’s a Caffè Uno coffee for everyone. Want a double shot? No problem. Just let your server know and they’ll be happy to help.
